Awesome Book. first impression it brings back memories. It has introductions to the various eras, Covers everything from yis first appearance to modern day renditions of the Harliquin of Hate. My copy is brand new which I got fro only 18$. A steal as it's over fifty percent off.. The Dust jacket is excellent in its artwork and the front cové is a surprise. only detraction I could possibly see is that the back cover just has the Batman 75 logo and no other art work. the inside covers are nice äs they come. Gonna give this one a good read and then put it into the sea chest for safe keeping. Excellent shipping from the merchant and excellent packaging, not a scratch. The book came sealed in its original shrink wrap. Recogmend this to any Joker Fanatic.Update. four pages in the middle of the book have a slight tear in them. not much a complaint though because it is the super man story starting at page 201. Nothing against the seller nor amazon as it came sealed in its own shrink wrap. I might have to deduct a half a star but I think the art work pretty much makes up for it. I am satisfied with the over all product.second update. One thing I noticed while comparing the same stories in different collections there is a variant of the inkings used to colour the tiles. on some it is an improvement on the original, on others it's a big minus from the originals. Silver St Cloud had a totally different colour for clothes and on one inking she has eyeshadow, and on another she has no eye shadow. In some the new inkings are more vibrant, but on some it makes it more of disjointed affair. in some of the stories the colour scheme changes the Jokers suit that he has on when he confronts Thorne in the bathroom from blue to purple.Some may find it an improvement but not all will. Also one story was missing a complete page at the end compared to what was in 1988s the greatest joker stories ever told.Still over all value is well worth it if you find a good deal on price, I only paid 18$.....hahahaha another update. here I am uploading an example of the inking i spoke about.

I love this book! It is fun to read through and see how the character (and comics themselves) have changed over the years. Plus, the book gives a little bit of history of The Joker throughout. Great read!

Like most anthologies this has its ups and downs. I would rather have seen more stories from the Adams/O Neil era than the recent new 52 ones.

I wish there was more older stories, besides that great collection of stories and great art. Worth every penny .

I live in Costa Rica and in a few days after I ordered it this arrived to my house. In perfect condition. Amazon is great.The stories are well chosen, especially the Golden and Silver Age material. One of my favorites now.

Haven't read some of these classic stories for years....wonderful read. The Joker is like Moriaty from the Sherlock Holmes stories. The only character to match with Batman.

Several Joker comics from the 75 years he's existed. I wish there would have been a couple of parts added but overall amazing! So worth it. Also gives history at the time between sections!

Victoria's Voice is a heartfelt and honest look at how drugs and alcohol led to the tragic death of teenager. If you have watched the documentary "Queen of Versailles," you caught a glimpse of her. The film documented her family's life as they were building the largest house in America. Reading her journal makes her relatable and gives the feel of a modern-day Go Ask Alice, complete with hand-written hashtags. It was especially touching knowing Victoria gave her mom permission to publish her journal in her last text before she died. It's obvious her parents loved her and are dedicated to helping other parents save their children from going down the same road. The book includes a drug guide for parents, with pictures and street names, signs to watch for that could point to drug abuse in your own kids, and resources to turn to. It is a must-read for parents of teens or tweens.

I found the book interesting, but it seems that this young lady had no relationship with her parents. I have a daughter that is 6 years sober, has a beautiful two and a half old daughter and another daughter due in July. I am a retired school teacher and did not have the means to send her to a pricey 30 day rehab. Instead she went to a place in Sumter, SC. It cost 700.00 to get her in and I had to promise she would be there for nine months. She met her husband there and they have a very good, sober life together. The rehab is called Any Length. They get the patient detoxed and then take them out to get a job so they can pay for themselves while they are there. Parents are not allowed to have any contact during the first month. Parents are NEVER allowed to give them money. It is not an extravagant place, but it serves the purpose we all want for our children. Sobriety that last for the rest of their lives!
